Terms of Service

Prior to each reservation, we will provide you with a contractual agreement to review and sign that outlines our established terms and conditions. This approach ensures we maintain a clear and respectful understanding of expectations between us.

  • Billing Credit/Debit:
    QTS Black Car & Limo will charge the Client 3 days before the reservation start time. The client must pay the entire ride cost before the due date (unless agreed otherwise), and any unpaid trips will result in immediate termination of the transport.
    Please be advised that additional charges may apply following our Terms and Policy. 

     

  • Overages & Wait Times
    When booking a transfer with us, please note that a 15-minute grace period is included in the price (excluding airport arrivals which are tracked). Any additional time beyond this grace period will result in a charge to the card on file. The exact cost will depend on the vehicle selected for the transfer.
    For hourly reservations, an additional hour will be charged to the card on file if the reservation goes beyond the end time by more than 15 minutes. The Additional cost will vary depending on the selected vehicle.

     

  • Adverse Weather Hazard Fee
    This clause in the contract allows the company to impose a hazard fee of a minimum of 30% in the event of severe weather conditions, such as ice or heavy snow, that create hazardous conditions for the safe operation of their limousine services. The company will notify the client of the hazard fee, and the client can reschedule without additional fees. This clause is an integral part of the contract and supersedes any previous agreements between the client and the company

     

  • Damages
    During the transportation service, it is imperative to emphasize that the client and their party will be held fully responsible for any damage inflicted upon the vehicle. This includes damages such as broken bars, coolers, trims, carpets, and stereos. In the event of any cosmetic damages, a licensed mechanic will promptly assess and provide a quote for repairs, with the client being charged accordingly. By agreeing to these terms, the client fully recognizes their legal and financial obligations for any repairs that may be deemed necessary.

     

  • Cleaning
    The client assumes total financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the ride by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn.
    The cleaning fee for smoking is $500.
    The sanitation fee (any bodily fluids) is a minimum of $350.
    Cleaning fees will be paid with the card on file.

     

  • Drugs & Alcohol
    Please be aware that the use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Our policy prohibits any illegal substances, including cocaine, marijuana, speed, mushrooms, or LSD from being present during transportation.
    QTS Black Car & Limo reserves the right to terminate the ride immediately if our driver discovers any of these illegal substances on board. Unfortunately, in such cases, we will not be able to provide a refund for the pre-paid amount. However, the consumption of alcohol is permitted in our vehicles, but only on a case-by-case basis, and subject to the discretion of the driver and the vehicle.

     

  • Smoking
    Smoking is NOT permitted in ANY of our vehicles.
    Vaping will only be approved by the driver of the vehicle. If a client is caught smoking anything similar to a cigarette
    QTS Black Car & Limo has every right to terminate the ride and not refund anything that has been paid before the termination.

     

  • Lost Items
    If the client misplaces an item in the vehicle, it is required that they report the missing item within 7 days. After this period,
    QTS Black Car & Limo will assume that the client has forfeited the item in question.

     

  • Cancellation Policy (STRICT)
    Full refund if cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled trip
    50% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip
    25% refund if cancelled more than 6 hours prior to the scheduled trip
    No refund if cancelled less than 6 hours prior to the scheduled trip.
